Even though I'm not doing Civil War at this time there are some older pieces that haven't been posted here. This depicts two men of the Louisiana Confederate "Tiger Rifles" (Wheat's Tigers) of "The First Louisiana Special Battalion" in 1861. Needless to say this distinctive uniform did not last very long.
